Hey is that Evan Bookbinder getting some fresh pepper in the eye?
If it is, then I have to say that I like the yellow headband fashion statement. It's much better than the Decepticon-style police helmets worn by the St. Paul PD.
Hahahaha I bet the guy behind Bookbinder in the black shirt had a nice burning surprise on his back! I wonder if they have more than one canister of those...Officer S745 looks like he might have used a full can right there!
Dude, my eyes stung for like 2 weeks.
Naw, that can't be me since I only wear blue head bands, and that beard is just too much.
I noticed the arm band says St. Paul police -- surprised the Weather Paparazzi wasn't first on the scene.
